# World Atlas — 25 August 2026

This is the read-only visual companion to the [citywide as-built
status](../../masterplans/AS-BUILT-CITYWIDE-STATUS-2026-08-25.md). Open the
[visual gallery](atlas-gallery.html) to browse every image directly. It brings
the surface, underground, bunker, basement, tunnel, and rail-adjacent evidence
into one navigable package without treating maps or screenshots as release
authority.

## Currency and safe use

The broad visual baseline is the terminal R08AM snapshot:

The 24–25 August packages have later *scoped* source/post snapshots. They
remain individually accepted in their release records, but they are not merged
into one whole-world immutable save here. Therefore this atlas is excellent
geographic and architectural context, but it is not visual proof of every
later small repair, light, access change, or rail enabling package. Use the
citywide as-built status and its cited release evidence for those exact claims.

No map here proves public access, accessibility, operational egress, powered
life-safety systems, a complete bunker, or passenger service. Those claims
remain limited to their own current QA and commissioning evidence.
